Customer Service Consultant

My Luxury Travel Client are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join them on a permanent basis. You will be office based Monday-Friday 9-6pm with an hour for lunch.

They are looking for someone who is dedicated and reliable, with great interpersonal skills.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

• Ensuring all passengers have correct invoices and that they have correct invoices from suppliers
• Ensuring all passengers have received their tickets in a timely manner and that they are correct
• Assisting clients with their personal voyagers
• Assisting the sales team

They are looking for:

• Customer Service experience, travel Customer Service experience is an advantage.
• Have their own car and full driving license. (parking on site but no public transport links)
• Have great interpersonal skills, a good telephone manner, be well educated and from a good background.
