Customer Service Consultant

A well established and successful luxury travel company that specialise in luxury cruises are now expanding their business and are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join their team and handle post-booking queries and duties on a full time basis. Based south of Reading in the Berkshire countryside (parking available) you will join a company passionate about the customer experience, which highly rewards its dedicated team with competitive salary, benefits and career progression.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handling post booking queries from high-net worth individuals
Ensuring that all passengers have correct invoices and that we have had correct invoices from our suppliers.
Ensuring that all passengers receive their tickets in a timely manner and that the tickets are correct (in the case of e-ticketing ensuring that the passenger has printed off their e-ticket by checking on our system).
Assisting clients with their voyager personalisers.
Ensuring that all passengers have paid us on time and that we have paid our suppliers on time.
Using your experience to assist the Sales Team in all aspects of their work.
Assisting the Finance Director, Customer Services Manager and Assistant Manager on a day-to-day basis.
Assist with any questions our clients may have pre- or post-cruise.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The successful candidate will ideally have two years' experience within a Customer Service role. Ideally with travel industry experience but it's not essential. You will have an excellent telephone manner , be a team player, with solid problem-solving skills and good time management. The location is not accessible via public transport links from the surrounding area, so you would need your own transport to get here.

THE PACKAGE:
Salary 25,500
The hours for this position are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, no weekend working is required.
