Role: Customer Service Account Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time
Contract: Permanent
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Main Duties for the Customer Service Account Manager:
- Executing daily sales-related responsibilities
- Overseeing tasks such as sample management, quoting, and invoice generation
- Delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Streamlining and coordinating various sales processes
- Maintaining organizational efficiency within the sales department
Experience requirement for the Customer Service Account Manager:
- Prior experience in Customer Service within an office setting
- Team player
- Hunger to succeed
- Excellent client communication
- Problem solving skills
- Confident excel user
- Attention to detail
