Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You be recruiting within healthcare and running a temp desk. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions within our organization. Your role will involve building relationships with candidates and clients, utilizing social media platforms for recruitment purposes, and managing the entire recruitment process.
Duties:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Utilize social media platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and specifications
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other recruitment strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media management for recruitment purposes
- Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of human resources practices and procedures
- Experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
