Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager (Industrial Recruitment)

This is a 360 Recruitment role in which successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients but also growing their client database and developing business further by attracting new accounts.

You will be in a position where you are working with business professionals and senior management figures, but you will also deal with candidates from every walk of life.

Your main roles and responsibilities will include;

• Understanding client’s requirements and ensuring jobs are filled within the required time frame
• Carrying out interviews and present candidates for different assignments
• Contacting candidates for a variety of roles and discussing potential opportunities
• Assigning candidates to several roles at different client's locations
• Preparing candidates for inductions out on client sites and carrying out inductions
• Attending client visits and review meetings
• Negotiating rates for new clients
• The Candidate:

Previous recruitment experience is preferred.

Successful candidates will be comfortable interacting with people face to face and over the phone and being able to build excellent relationships.

The successful candidate will also have following attributes:

• Professional telephone manner and appearance
• Business Development experience
• Excellent standard of spoken and written English
• Engaging personality with ability to build rapport and trust
• Confident, ambitious, competitive
• Must have a full driving license and own transport as the role will involve travel to clients’ sites
