Job role: Your role will be to win new business and build long term partnerships with growth companies in your sector. You will be exclusively working with clients, not candidates, we have a team of candidate executives that look after the delivery.
On Target Earnings & Progression:
Year 1 – Business Development Executive - £50k+
Year 2 – Business Development Manager - £75k+
Year 3 – Senior Business Development Manager - £90k +
Year 4 – Team Leader - £100k+
Year 5+ Director Level - £120k+
