£25,000 to £60,000 +OTE

Position Overview:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to break into a new area and establish yourself as a key player within our organisation. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to building strong relationships with clients. This role offers immense potential for growth and career advancement within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide insightful advice and guidance to candidates and clients alike.

Requirements

• Must live no further than 20 mins from Tunbridge Wells.
• Previous experience in recruitment, within a 360-degree role. Min 2yrs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Exceptional time management and organisational abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges and opportunities.
