We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and pro-active full-time Dental Reception Manager to join our specialist dental practice on Harley Street, London. We would like to hear from individuals who are customer focused, can oversee daily operations of front of house and work and are confident working in a progressive and busy environment. You will also be required to assist the business manager with adhoc duties such as HR employee onboarding, staff appraisals etc so a keen step into management is necessary!
You should be passionate and compassionate, very good with patients, well presented and who feel they can be a dynamic part of our team. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a background within the dental industry and have strong, clear communication and organisational skills. You should be able to manage a high workload in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee daily operations of the Dental Reception area, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirming appointments, and handling patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Supervise and train reception staff, providing guidance on customer service standards and practice policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with dental providers and clinical staff to optimise scheduling and ensure timely patient care.
- Maintain patient records, including updating personal information and treatment plans.
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing billing enquiries.
- Monitor inventory of practice supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Address patient concerns and complaints, striving to provide exceptional service and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for practice growth and patient retention.
- Support the business manager with HR & Personnel management.

Requirements:
- Previous Dental Receptionist experience
- Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Very good people skills
