The successful candidate will be joining a consultancy where there is a great team dynamic and culture, with a proactive working environment. As a Recruitment Consultant at Career Teachers you will join the thriving SEND team covering specific London Boroughs.
You will:
Build relationship with schools across your local area, through calls and meetings
Build and develop your own candidate database by advertising and proactive sourcing to recruit quality teachers and support staff
Match your candidates to temporary and permanent job placements
Build relationships with key decision makers in schools and candidates alike
Work to KPIs and targets in line with your business to develop the desk, and market shareA job you can feel proud of - in a profession that makes a difference

You will have a background in business development and/or recruitment
Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
You will need to be a confident communicator who can collaboratively share their ideas with the team
Have an outgoing personality
Have keen interest within the Education sector
A target driven individual that can work to tight deadlines

All quoted rates are inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay.
