Position:Recruitment Consultant – Facilities Management
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Remote Working
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage talented professionals in Facilities Management and building services.
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients within the Facilities Management industry.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to assess candidate suitability.
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, including contract negotiation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
- Stay informed about developments in Facilities Management to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within Facilities Management or building services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Facilities Management industry practices.
- Track record of meeting recruitment targets.
