Nigel Wright Recruitment is one of the leading specialist recruitment firms in the North of England, working with great organisations across the North within private, public and professional service clients. Some recognisable names include Sage, Northern Power Grid, Redde Northgate, Homes England and Hays Travel.
With consistently rapid growth this year, our intention is to keep focussing on that expansion. Our HR Team has grown from strength to strength and we currently have a number of dedicated recruiters in our HR department operating across a variety of roles. With our continued expansion we are looking for Recruitment Consultants, with or without experience, to help us achieve our growth ambitions.

The role and how you can succeed with us
The HR team operate at a fast pace and this role requires hard work and determination, but the results are extremely rewarding. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be developing relationships with clients as well as getting to know candidates to ensure you place them in the correct role. We are a results-driven business and we will provide you with first class training from day one. You will be highly supported by our strong leadership team and your wider colleagues to give you every opportunity to succeed.

Progression opportunities are abundant, with high performers being fast tracked through numerous promotions within a few years.
Our consultants take part in regular business activity days that include competitions, games with prizes and food. Teams are now split between in office team members along with their virtual team who may be working from home that day - everyone is included. Our dress down Fridays have been replaced with dress for your day approach - if Friday is an office day we still go for the traditional drink after work if people want to join in.
