Some of the main duties will include:-
- Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates
- Business development with both existing and new clients, over the telephone and face-to-face
- Working on permanent and temporary roles.
The ideal candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate:-
- Previous experience in a Recruitment Consultant role within a relevant industry market.
- Professionalism at all times.
- Drive and self-belief to succeed.
- A willingness to learn and be a team player.
- An ability to self-motivate to build a successful business.
