Some of the main duties will include:-

• Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates
• Business development with both existing and new clients, over the telephone and face-to-face
• Working on permanent and temporary roles.

The ideal candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate:-

• Previous experience in a Recruitment Consultant role within a relevant industry market.
• Professionalism at all times.
• Drive and self-belief to succeed.
• A willingness to learn and be a team player.
• An ability to self-motivate to build a successful business.
