Due to our continued growth, Bostonair are currently looking to add to our Aviation Recruitment Team based in Beverley, East Yorkshire.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruiter who wants to make an impact with a brand-new desk, or someone from the aviation industry interested in an exciting new career change.
You will work closely with the General Manager and Head of Operational Delivery to effectively deliver positive results and proactively fulfil customer manpower requirements. You will be responsible to help deliver Bostonairs growth plan through the identification, securing and fulfilment of recruitment opportunities in our core and new markets. You will use the newly implemented, state of the art, CRM system to engage with Bostonairs contractor database and fulfil demand.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be a proactive “self-starter”, with the ability and drive needed to work in a targeted and fast paced environment.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- Ideally educated to A level or similar standard.
- Extensive recruitment experience will also be considered if education requirements are not met.
Desired Educational Qualifications:
- Recruitment qualification is desirable but not required
- University degree or equivalent higher education qualification desirable
Minimum Previous Experience:
- Previous recruitment experience in a technical or engineering industry, or
- Previous experience in an aviation related discipline

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
