Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the driving sector.
Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
