The Role / Client expectations:
Recruitment experience a must / must be client facing - project delivery in a volume perm or contract recruitment environment.
Fast paced environment
A solid understanding of search methodology and candidate attraction techniques within a recruitment environment
Account management of existing client base and projects
Candidate interviewing and assessment / team performance management.
Good attention to detail
