What is the role of a Recruitment Consultant?
You will play a crucial role in the company by connecting talented sales professionals with the right job opportunities in finance. You'll be responsible for understanding the unique needs of both candidates and clients, facilitating the matchmaking process, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary - £35k-£40k for trainees, no experience required!
- Incredible earning potential - Consultants will be billing £500k by their 2nd-3rd year and earning well in excess of £150,000 per year due to their high fee sizes + generous commission structure
