What You'll Do:

• Develop new relationships with businesses
• Speak with both candidates and clients
• Learn about your sector and become an expert in it
• Cold call to build and establish new relationships
• Manage the recruiting process from start to finish

We don't require previous experience in business-to-business sales or telesales, as all Recruitment Consultants receive intensive training. We look for people with the right attitude who have a proven track record of success and a desire to win.
