Recruitment Consultant: Healthcare. Leeds City Centre (Office based).

EXPECTATIONS AND SUMMARY OF ROLE

• We are looking for a creative and passionate person to join our recruitment team, focusing on the placement of healthcare workers into permanent jobs
• Starting from an advantageous point, this is a warm desk. Clients and candidates are already in place
• You will be fully responsible for the end-to-end process of taking candidates from application stage to placement.
• Placing job adverts, screen & selection, Teams interviews and presenting qualified candidates to our clients will be all in a day's work for you
• You will be required to incorporate Business Development in to your role - cold calling clients who have no existing relationship with us, attending in-person meetings, pitching and promoting the business to win new contracts.
• Keeping in regular contact with your clients to ensure they are satisfied throughout the process.
• Using our recruiter software to build and resource the database, send CV's, arrange interviews & placements and send invoices

SKILLS NEEDED:

Organisation: Once up and running, you will be spinning many plates. Keeping in regular contact with your clients and candidates can get complicated unless you're organised and efficient.

A salesperson by nature:  Recruitment is essentially sales as you will be promoting your candidates' strengths to your clients, and promoting the benefits of the roles to your candidates. You will be able to overcome objections and be well equipped for any hurdles by building genuine relationships with your clients and candidates.

A mentor: As a Recruitment Consultant, the word consultant is active and your consultation services will extend to both your clients and your candidates. You will need to coach your candidates to equip them with confidence, interview styles and honest, candid feedback

Relentless and dogged: Taking a candidate on the journey from application to placement can be long and not without its difficulties. You will need to thrive off this expectation and remain committed to the process
