The Role

We’re looking for a senior education Recruitment Consultant at our Sheffield office. You’ll be joining an experienced, successful and supportive team.

The role will include:

• Building long lasting relationships with clients, as well as sourcing new candidates and seeking new positions for them within schools.
• As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll be recruiting supply Teachers and Support Staff (for day-to-day, temporary and permanent work) for schools in and around Sheffield.
• A big part of the job is effectively listening to candidates to find out exactly what they’re looking for, then intelligently matching them with our clients. This ensures a fantastic fit is made for both parties.
• PK Education believes in looking after their employees and creating a great working environment. We’re more than a team – we’re a family. The office hours in term time are 7am - 4:30pm and in non-term time 9am - 3pm.
