What does this mean? Well, you will be aligned to a team or office which is responsible for surpassing client expectations by identifying the best talent in the market. We’ve been doing this for 30+ years and many of our leadership team started in this role… don’t worry, most of us have been in your shoes and it’s not that bad. Responsibilities:
Any new job is tough – especially if you aren’t 100% sure of what you want to do. Fortunately, we have a range of opportunities once you prove yourself. In the Consultant position, you will be given exposure to a wide range of tasks, ranging from; advertising jobs, speaking to candidates, using systems and building a set of skills that will help you progress in our company. Clearly, we’d like you to love what you do; however Recruitment isn’t for everyone. It can be amazing…then awful…then amazing…then average… then awful, etc. Don’t worry, it’s been like that for years – you don’t need to work with everyone, just the candidates and clients that respect you. We’re a big believer in meritocracy, so if you are keen to progress – well, you know what to do. Skills:

What’s in it for you?
You’ll get support. On desk. Off desk. In the kitchen. In training, etc. But this is kind of down to you as well – we don’t operate on open chests or fix engines. We talk to people, learn what they do and find clients who need our help. If you can start (and more importantly hold) a conversation, during which you gain an understanding, then you’re halfway there.
