We have the permanent position of Recruitment Consultant for our head office in Paisley.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting talented individuals to work with our clients both in the U.K as well as with our various international clients.

You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and assessing potential candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities 

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and understand their recruitment needs.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for available positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine appropriate compensation and offer packages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Succesful Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within the Airlines/Aviation industry.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
