The Role: This is a key role in our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Recruitment Specialist, with a dotted line to the Head of HR, you’ll work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to provide operational administrative support across the TA landscape. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidate queries: ensuring a positive experience and promoting Oldham College as a "Great Place to Work" and employer of choice.
