Role Details – Recruitment Coordinator
We are currently looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join the HR team at a reputable business based in Birmingham on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles within the business; screening CVs, qualifying candidates, arranging interviews and managing offers for successful applicants.
- Acknowledging and screening candidate applications.
- Preparing candidate shortlists and applicant packs for line managers.
- Writing and posting engaging job advertisements
- Liaising with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on any delays, and providing feedback to candidates on their applications
- Ensuring a high level of confidentiality and ensuring excellent customer service in all areas of work
- Supporting continuous improvement in the delivery of resourcing activity working closely with colleagues alongside the wider HR team
Skills required for the Recruitment Coordinator
- Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment environment either from Agency, RPO or In-House role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to the business.
- Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment.
- Previous experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
