What you'll be doing
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
- Act as the key point of contact between CHP and Networx Managed Services team, liaising with other recruitment agencies if required for specialist or agency roles;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide personal support, advice, and training during the recruitment process;
- Liaise with candidates for onboarding and day one processes, acting as a first point of contact for new starters on their first day and ensuring all required compliance documentation is completed;
- Support the Talent Management team with arranging and attending job fairs at local schools, colleges and universities to encourage new talent into the housing industry;
- Generate recruitment reports to track progress and provide insights to the HR Team;
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar role.
- Understanding of full-cycle recruiting and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent IT skills with experience of using MS office including Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage with all levels of the organisation and build up good working relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- 37 hours per week - employees may be able to work flexibly by agreement with their line manager, taking account of business need. We operate a hybrid working policy at CHP.
