JOB TITLE - Service Coordinator
SALARY - £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (Dependent upon experience)
LOCATION – Basildon, Essex
HOURS – 37.5 (09:00 to 17:30)
JOB TYPE – Full Time

Service Coordinator - The Role
Expect a varied role working within a busy environment organising client accounts and supporting the Operations Manager with the management of administrative tasks within a small team.
This person will be expected to:
- Handle confidential data in a discreet manner
- Pay careful attention to detail
- Be a team player as well as being able to work on own initiative
- Have intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Be a good communicator

Service Coordinator - Key responsibilities:
- General administration including answering calls, dealing with queries & managing multiple email mailboxes.
- Diary management of multiskilled engineers for maintenance, small works and surveys. Including hotel bookings/travel arrangements that need to be considered for regional works.
- Raising purchase orders for materials required for small works and to maintain stock levels.
- Approving supplier invoices from purchasing to the accounts department to ensure payment.
- Closing jobs on the system once they've been successfully completed to ensure all documentation is saved correctly and submitted to clients. Including any quotations/estimates to be raised and invoice submitted to the accounts department
- Engineer vehicle maintenance for servicing and repairs
