Salary Pro–Found Recruitment are seeking an energetic and driven Part–Time Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.
Recruitment Coordinator Benefits:
Salary: 13 per hour plus bonus scheme following successful completion of probationary period Hours: Part Time 3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday – part of the role is covering site Inductions so Mondays will be 7am to 4.30pm, Tuesdays 7am to 4.30pm and Thursday Flexible.Mileage paid at 40p per mileLocation: Sheffield, S9 with hybrid or remote working available but due to client locartion you will need to be in easy commutable distance of South Yorkshire.Contract: Temporary to PermanentRecruitment Coordinator Duties:
Carry out client site inductions with new starters – main location for this is Barnsley so you will need to have your own transportProactively source and identify qualified candidates for open positions through job boards, and other channelsConduct initial screening and on site interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and client fitCollaborate with colleagues and clients to understand hiring needs and provide candidate matchesAll admin associate with the role – registration of new starters, adding new starters to payroll, statutory ID checks, DBS checks and processing payrollProvide a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment processRecruitment Coordinator Skills & Criteria:
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within Industrial recruitmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidatesExcellent organisational and time–management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyExcellent Administration skillsProficiency in all Microsoft packages and other recruitment tools and databasesKnowledge of labour laws and best practices in recruitment preferred but not essentialStrong work ethic and a team–oriented mind setAvailability for a part–time schedule (flexible hours)Full UK driving licence and own transportFlexible on days and hours to suit business needsPro–Found are an employment business and equal opportunities employer.
