My client is looking for a switched-on, driven and resilient Recruitment Coordinator to support with Recruitment activities. You will have strong coordination and time management skills to join a growing team. You will be experienced in working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to effectively time manage.

This role offers hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews
- Screening and qualifying candidates experience and skill set
- Writing attractive job descriptions and adverts
- Support the wider team with tasks, project to develop and expand knowledge
- Providing excellent candidate care to throughout the recruitment process
- Support with the onboarding process of new starters
- Actively identify and attract candidates through job boards and social media (including LinkedIn)
- Proven experience scheduling interviews within a similar role
- Excellent time management
- Strong coordination skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
