Lloyd’s are seeking to recruit an Early CareersRecruitment Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Assistant
Work closely with the Early Careers Recruiter to provide crucial support in screening, coordination, and facilitating the Early Careers hiring process in an inclusive and diverse manner. You will work on the recruitment and development of key Early Careers programmes including graduates, interns, apprentices, work experience and our exciting new Early Careers strategy which focuses on providing talent to the Lloyd’s market. Supporting the full Early Careers recruitment and development cycle, you will attend recruitment and assessment centre events whilst also providing a great candidate & hiring manager experience.

To ensure a seamless and inclusive recruitment experience for all applicants, we are looking for a dedicated professional to provide crucial support in screening, coordinating, and facilitating the Early Careers hiring and development process.
Principal Accountabilities for the Early CareersRecruitment Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Assistant include:
• Deploy the approved multi-channel sourcing strategy that reaches a wide range of candidates
• Coordinate attendance at campus events, ensuring both physical and virtual accessibility
• Review and rank candidate assessments to ensure fair and unbiased selection at each stage of the recruitment process
• Manage the Clear Talents Portal to identify candidates who require reasonable adjustments and ensure their recruitment process is appropriately tailored
• Collaborate with third-party assessment providers to ensure reasonable adjustments for relevant candidates
• Thoughtfully review and score pre-recorded candidate video interviews, considering a diverse range of backgrounds and perspectives
• Conduct engagement calls, providing clear information to talent pool and successful candidates from various stages of the recruitment process
• Support the candidates from initial stages of the recruitment process through Assessment Centre’s and implement a proactive ‘keep in touch’ process to support candidates while they wait for alternative opportunities or start date, considering individual needs and circumstances
• Support with the planning, logistics and running of assessment center’s (either virtual or face to face) for all stakeholders attending including candidates, hiring managers, business assessors and Lloyd’s Market participants
• Maintain warm relationships with talent pool candidates, recognising their potential future value to Lloyd’s and The Market
• Share communications with candidates at each stage to provide support throughout the recruitment process and be readily available to address any questions or concerns they may have
• Ensure all unsuccessful candidates are informed in a timely and respectful manner, offering an opportunity for feedback discussions if desires
• Managing the Early Careers mailbox and serve as the first point of contact for all Early Career hires, fostering am inclusive and welcoming environment
Skills and Knowledge for the Early CareersRecruitment Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Assistant include:
• Experience of reviewing documents against agreed criteria and providing feedback to document authors
• Experience of working with a range of internal and external stakeholders at different levels
• Coordination, planning and prioritisation skills, paying attention to detail
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across different business functions
• Problem-solving skills that consider diverse perspectives and backgrounds
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, taking initiative
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and share good practice with a continuous improvement mindset
