ManpowerGroup are currently seeking two Recruitment Advisors to work on one of our largest client accounts. In this role you will manage the process of hiring key talent into the account, ensuring you provide an excellent service and meet any deadlines set. There are no sales involved in this role, pure delivery. So, if you are an excellent communicator, keen to identify and speak to top talent, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This is a great entry level role for somebody with excellent communication and IT skills.
Responsibilities:
Attend virtual recruitment briefing calls with hiring managers to understand the roles.Call and screen candidates to identify whether they are suitable for the vacancy.Format CVsManage the end-to-end recruitment process for all applicationsProvide excellent service to our client and candidatesBooking in interviews with hiring managersKeeping candidates informed throughout the interview process.Providing interview feedback to candidates.Presenting any job offers to candidates and agreeing packages offered.Meet deadlines as agreed with the clientEnsure our systems are kept up to date and recording CV submissions/interviewsSupport other teams as and when there is demand for delivery
About you:
Excellent communicator with good telephone skillsGood computer skillsAble to influencePeoples personPositive, confident, and enthusiasticOrganised and able to manage multiple roles at onceIf you have experience in customer service, call centre, administration we would be extremely interested in your application.
