Recruitment Officer

Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a NHS Trust based in Bedford to recruit an experienced Recruitment Officer on an initial 6-month temporary contract, with the potential to go permanent.

• Responsible for completing all pre-employment checks in accordance with employment legislation, NHS check standards and Trust policies.
• To conduct one to one meeting with successful candidates to ensure all pre-employment checks are carried out and recorded accurately, including Right to Work and Disclosure and Barring checks.
• To work closely with Recruitment Administrators with regard to maintaining best practice for vacancy management and managing vacancies within recruitment timelines.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
