SalaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client, The Open University, the UK's largest university and a world leader in flexible part-time education as a Recruitment & Onboarding Delivery Lead based at their prestigious site in Milton Keynes (this is a hybrid role and will require working from the office as required).
This is a full-time interim role to last until the end of July 2024.
Due to the urgency of the role, we are ideally looking for candidates with less than a 2-week notice period.
Our client's People Services Hub is undertaking a core system implementation project, expanding the use of SuccessFactors, to include SF Recruitment and Onboarding. This programme is established and is running at pace towards a deliverable of July 2024.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide critical Project related management support to the team and the Project Lead and Business Owner (Director of People Services Hub).
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for management of the delivery of the workstream/execution of the project plan.
- Coordinates the full set of system requirements, config workbooks, process maps and other requirements products.
- Ensuring the technical team have what they need, when they need it.
- Supports and oversees delivery of User Acceptance Testing.
- Ensures input and validation from stakeholders as required.
- Identifies and escalates risks and issues to project lead.
- Identifies decisions required and seeks to resolve, where appropriate.
- Owns the Recruitment & Onboarding workstream plan.
- Weekly reporting on workstream status.
- Facilitation of benefit tracking activities.
- Willing to support delivery activity as required (and where possible) to cover any gaps and safeguard project progress.
Key Skills Required
- Experience in the project management of technology delivery (does not have to be specific technical/Success Factors experience)
- Pragmatic and flexible delivery approach.
- Ability to take leadership and ensure that deadlines are met, utilising the teams available supporting the transformation.
- Outcomes focused.
