The client is a recruitment consultancy with a branch network in the North operating across general staffing sectors. The team is fast-paced, hardworking and they try to ensure every booking is filled and every candidate is placed in the right role. They have been established for over a decade and turn over £20M+ a year. Plans for the next two years are to expand the teams and open new branches, so it’s an exciting time to be joining the business.
They have a great opportunity for a resourcing consultant to join the growing team. This is going to be a key role within the team and will include
- Filling bookings for clients with speed and accuracy.
- Taking vacancies information from existing clients and fact-finding to ensure all requirements are met.
- Advertising roles and updating social media.
- Recruitment administration.
- Collecting and administering timesheets.
- Acting as a point of reference and support for job seekers.
- Answering queries.
- Sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable applicants for positions across the region whilst ensuring you give the best candidate experience possible.
- Liaising with clients, attending their premises and providing solutions to any queries they may have.
Recruitment agency experience is essential for this role. We need you to have a thorough understanding of the process. You will be a team player with a proactive and positive outlook as well as able to demonstrate that you are a lateral thinker and that you can work using your initiative.
