Position Overview: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates. This is a part-time position, offering remote work flexibility, perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience while balancing other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates using various online platforms and databases Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate records and update our database Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes Requirements:
Previous experience preferred but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus Benefits:
