SalaryAs an Associate Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates for job roles, managing the candidate experience from end to end. Key Responsibilities
- Interact with candidates over the phone and manage their entire recruitment process
- Sell a range of job roles to candidates
- Source candidates using a variety of techniques and maintain sourcing lists
- Utilize and update in-house CRM system in line with company process
- Provide leads and market rates to delivery team
- Monitor KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Key attributes
- Excellent telephone manner
- Prior telesales/sales experience is preferable
- Ability to communicate within a fast-paced team environment
- Interest in recruitment or sales
- Driven with a competitive nature
- Looking to progress within a reputable company
