• Utilising sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract business from client companies.
• Networking to establish strong relationships with clients.
• Scheduling and attending appointments.
• Advertising vacancies, identifying and approaching suitable candidates, reviewing applications, managing interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinating client interviews and collecting feedback.
• Building robust relationships with clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service, and generating opportunities for repeat business.

What we are looking for:

• Estate agency experience (1yr+)
• An extremely competitive nature, demonstrated through high-level sports achievements (county/regional/university).
• Ambition and a track record of success.

• Strong work ethic, balancing university studies or full-time work during holidays.
• Prior experience in a commercial office environment (telesales, business development, sales executives, etc.).

Location: London

1st Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): £25,000 (basic salary) - £40,000

2nd Year OTE: £40,000 - £70,000

3rd Year OTE: £70,000 - £100,000
