RECRUITMENT SECRETARY
Salary: up to £23,000pa
Hours: full time, hybrid working available (3 days office, 2 from home)
We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate level individual to join our well established independent agency which specialises in law recruitment. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and attention to detail and have more than 35 years’ experience on which to draw. This is an involved and varied role where you will deal with all administrative duties throughout the recruitment process. You will learn about:
- Preparing candidates' CVs in the company's house style format
- Answering the telephone/making telephone calls, dealing with general queries, ensuring a high level of client and candidate care is maintained at all times
- Resolving client queries and providing further information on candidates
- Writing new and amending existing job adverts, uploading to various job boards and updating regularly
- Updating the company website
- Organising meetings
- Searching for candidates to match job roles using a case management system
We are a small, friendly team where a proactive and conscientious approach are essential. Specific recruitment experience is not vital however competent IT skills (MS Office) and a good command of verbal and written English are expected.
