Recruitment Coordinator 

Salary - £14.03 per hour PAYE 

Location - Remote 

Full time - 37 hrs per week 

Temporary Assignment - ending Dec'24 

My Client, a leading UK Multi-Channel Retailer, are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience by managing all aspects of the interview process, supporting interviewers, and collaborating across departments to meet hiring goals. This role would be a great opportunity for someone looking to be introduced to a role in recruitment. 

Key responsibilities of the role :

• Organise and schedule interviews, both on-site and remote, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process to provide an exceptional experience.
• Support interviewers by organising continuous training, providing feedback, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Work closely with recruiters and other recruitment coordinators to refine processes and practices for greater efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively within teams and across departments, including HR and business operations, to help reach hiring goals.
