Position Available: Reflection Room Support Supervisor As the Reflection Room Support Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a calm and respectful environment within the Reflection Room. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the well-being and development of our students.
What We're Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students.
Compassion and patience in handling diverse behavioural situations.
Proactive attitude in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Previous experience in a similar role or a related field is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support students in the Reflection Room, ensuring a calm and respectful environment.
Implement strategies to de-escalate behavioural situations and promote positive behaviour.
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to provide consistent support and maintain a cohesive approach.
