Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop client accounts from Coventry to the Scottish border.
- Dedicate 30% of your efforts to identifying and securing new business in line with company goals.
- Create target plans by brand for your territories.
- Achieve budgets and targets consistently.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience selling into garden centres is essential.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a B2B field sales position
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strong listening skills and a creative mindset.
- Able to thrive in a fast-changing sector.
