As a Regional Account Manager specialising in safety equipment, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client's market presence and driving sales within your assigned region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and end-users. Leveraging your expertise in safety equipment, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and distributors across the North.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for growth and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors to anticipate market changes
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our safety equipment product line.
- Provide technical support and product training to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about the features and benefits of our offerings.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the safety equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel across the North and Midlands
- Self driven
- Proven track record of developing new business and strong relationships with customers
