This is a part time role working the equivalent of 24.5 hours a week
What the Regional Administrator will be doing
The ideal Regional Administrator will be responsible for
* Drafting and producing documents in line with recommended guidelines
* Provide administrational support to Regional boards as required
* Ensure all invoices are inputted on the in house system
* Make travel arrangements for designated members
What the successful Admin Support Assistant will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has
* Good communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Experience of building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Be able to remain calm and provide solid advice in a fast paced environment
