This is a part time role working the equivalent of 24.5 hours a week
What the Regional Administrator will be doingThe ideal Regional Administrator will be responsible for
Drafting and producing documents in line with recommended guidelines
Provide administrational support to Regional boards as required
Ensure all invoices are inputted on the in house system
Make travel arrangements for designated members
What the successful Admin Support Assistant will bring to the teamThis role is suitable for someone who has
Good communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience of building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Be able to remain calm and provide solid advice in a fast paced environment
