This Regional Business Director will be responsible for overseeing some of our clubs. They will lead the execution of the Virgin Active’s strategy on customer satisfaction, engagement and retention.

• Ability to provide exceptional team leadership and results in your region
• Maintain a motivating, positive work environment that holds team members accountable for the results
• Create high performing teams, where people are the focus and career development is key
• Provide communication synergy between the clubs and the support offices
• Ensure that all clubs in the region are in complete compliance with Brand standards processes and Health & Safety protocols and ways of working

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years Multi-site Management experience 
• At least 2-3 years General Management experience
• 5-7 years total experience within a similar industry, preferably leisure, hospitality or retail
