Regional Care Quality Manager

I am working on behalf of a nationwide, reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Care Quality Manager to provide support to offices within their North region.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance initiatives across franchises.
• Develop improvement strategies and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and identify enhancements.
• Facilitate training sessions to promote continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in quality management within healthcare or franchising.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and standards.
• Relevant qualifications in quality management or related field.
• Must have led a CQC inspection within a domiciliary environment
