Regional Compliance Auditor
We are looking for a Regional Compliance Auditor to cover Scotland, this is a home-based role that includes travel to regional sites as required. The role will be focused on the maintenance and accompanying documentation for auditing, monitoring, and reporting across sites in the Scottish region of the contract. The role requires a person who can proactively react to changes as well as working with other internal and external partners to ensure good practice across the estate. The Regional Compliance Auditor will report into the Audit Manager.
As the Regional Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for the overall audit and administration of site documentation to industry and contractual standards (SFG20), it is the Regional Compliance Auditors job to plan, manage and perform auditing throughout the region, determining site documentation compliance. You will be accountable for the collation and analysis of paperwork in line with audit requirements. In addition to this, you will maintain and monitor client audit reporting, non-conformances, and assist in resolving corrective actions. Assist External contractors and legal body on site audits. Attend stakeholder meetings, steering groups and conference calls (Microsoft Teams.) relating to compliance when required.
It will be the responsibility of the Regional Compliance Auditor to participate in quality and assurance non-conformance investigations and engage with FM teams and other Mitie departments, promoting quality and assurance excellence across all areas of the company.
We are looking for someone who has relevant site compliance auditing experience within an FM environment. You will have good working knowledge of building services maintenance, legislation as well as good working Knowledge of SFG20 within a PPM system. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on a maintenance contract.
The Regional Compliance Audtior will have a proactive approach to work as well as good communication and customer service skills. You will have the ability to work on your own with minimal supervision as well as setting and maintaining very high standards of delivery - attention to detail essential.
