We require a Regional Director to provide senior leadership and operational management within our Lancashire region. Most of our business is situated in East Lancashire where we support people who present with high levels of complex needs and challenging behaviours associated with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders and co-morbid Mental Health problems.
The role involves supporting the organisation as it develops and expands its service offer and footprint. The Regional Director will oversee all of the services within their area to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe and effective services.
The ideal candidate will ideally have:-
Senior management experience in health and social care Substantial experience of supporting people on the Autistic Spectrum Registered Manager experience

Person Specification:
It is essential that you have strong IT skills, proficient in word, excel and power point.
Desirable qualifications include:
A QCF Level 5 management qualification or equivalent. A record of service development and the identification of opportunities to bring new services to the organisation. Social care qualified, e.g. Nurse, Social work or OT qualified, and shall possess a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognised university, MBA or equivalent desirable.
