Regional Director
Our client is seeking a successful Regional Director with experience in growing distribution and managing a successful sales team. Developing, coaching and mentoring a team of business development managers within the health and insurance benefits division you will run your business within their business.
The success of previous Regional Director has led to the introduction of this position as the business continues to grow across the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Directing the Sales Team
- You will help to develop our client’s overall product and service proposition.
- Establish strong long-term profitable relationships with key intermediary businesses, demonstrating a thorough understanding of each accounts business and delivering appropriate solutions.
- You will need to have a successful track record in a sales environment and be a results-orientated achiever with a proven track record in developing quality business.
About you:
- If you understand the intermediary distribution model in financial services, have the appetite to run your own business and earn uncapped income through your team, this is a unique Regional Manager opportunity.
- You do not need to have financial planning or insurance qualifications, but you must have experience in the distribution of insurance/health products through the intermediary market.
