Regional Estates Manager - Telecoms

Estates Management experience within telecoms would be highly desirable but not essential. This role is working for a high profile telecoms company and plays a vital role in realising long-term estate strategy objectives and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the estate.

What the role will be doing:

As the Regional Estates Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional oversight to the management of an extensive estate of mobile cell sites across the UK. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance landlord engagement, customer satisfaction, and improve the financial performance of the estate. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in managing and mitigating risks associated with the operation of the network.

What experience is needed:

• Broad experience in practical estates property management.
• Previous experience in using/amending/negotiating legal documentation.
• Understanding of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 and the New Electronic Communications Code 2017.
• Knowledge and experience of Law of Property, including landlord and tenant legislation, rating, planning, and telecommunications legislation.
• Previous experience managing relationships with external suppliers.
