CCS | Compass Corporate Services have partnered with a successful and growing Care Homes group in looking for a Regional Facilities Manager.
Overview
As the Regional Facilities Manager you will run the entire RPM & PPM function across 11+ Care Homes in your region. Ensuring building and environments meet a high standard and initiate a pro active schedule of future works. You will also monitor maintenance standards including the performance of homes maintenance staff and external contractors at each of the homes.
You will lead and project manage any small to medium Capital Projects required and work closely with the Estates Director to ensure its on time, on budget and as efficient as possible.
You will need to have relevant FM experience within the care sector. The company's success stems from consistent quality provided by the staff and you would be no exception. In return the group invests heavily in internal, external, and e.training programmes for you to improve and up skill.
Essential Criteria
Experience in a similar role within care or a highly regulated sector
Driving Licence
Organisation and attention to detail
