Regional Facilities Manager – Up to £48k + CA + Benefits – Birmingham
A leading property consultancy is looking to recruit a Regional Facilities Manager to join their Birmingham based team. The successful regional FM will be responsible for managing a property portfolio of 16 multi let properties in and around Birmingham. A full driving licence is required as you will be based in the office 1 day a week and then out on sites for the remainder. This role is offering Up to £48k + Car Allowance + Benefits (Inc Bonus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing facility management policies and procedures on a total of 16 multi-let properties in and around Birmingham
- Carry out analysis of monthly reports
- Liaising with the internal property, project and building management teams
- Overseeing the maintenance, repair and renovation of assets to ensure they meet the correct standards
- Managing budgets and financial planning for facility management purposes
- Regularly conducting inspections and audits to assess the condition of properties and identify areas of improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Building and maintaining relationships with tenants, clients and vendors
Key Skills:
- Must have a background of working within a real estate or property firm
- BIFM is ideal however not essential with the right experience
- Good client facing skills
- Proven skills in managing the facilities for multiple properties
- Driving license is essential
